One and a half stars (out of four stars)
Some restaurants can stand the test of time. After 11 years, My Sister's CafŽ is still holding on strong - and I have no clue why. With a less than appealing lunch, yard sale dŽcor and a staff hardly up to par, My Sister's CafŽ didn't have much to impress me. I'm not expecting gourmet food with five-star service from a side-road eatery in Perry. However, much could be improved - starting with the scenery. (Full review)
