I was excited several months ago to hear that Texas Cattle Co., one of my favorite restaurants in my early days in Macon, was coming back. Sure it wouldn’t be on Riverside Drive — and there wouldn’t be an in-house brewery — but it would still be good old Texas Cattle, right?
