La Fiesta is a solid choice for Mexican food in Macon. The fajitas, guacamole and cheese dip are all really good. The service is fast and friendly.

If there's one thing I believe about Mexican restaurants, it’s that a city can't have too many of them.
Sometimes you’re looking for a louder place to make merry with friends and enjoy some margaritas and nachos. Other times, you’re just looking for a quieter restaurant that has really good fajitas. Both restaurants hit the spot, depending on what you’re in the mood for.
La Fiesta — a new Macon eatery that’s opened in the building that used to house San Marcos — seems to be more of the latter, based on a couple of visits.
