The Indian Spring Hotel/Museum (1823) built by Chief William McIntosh and his cousin, Joel Bailey. This is the site of the signing of the Indian Springs Treaty of 1825 for which cost Chief McIntosh his life.
Federal style architecture with hand-planed wide boards, wooden pegs, handmade bricks, wrap-around porches,ballroom, bar, and a native stone foundation is the only known ante bellum mineral springs hotel in Georgia still standing.
The Indian Spring Hotel/Museum is listed on the National Register.
